Superb

Liked: The room & location were excellent. The kitchen was pretty good though I couldn't find any working toaster - not sure if problem was the outlets or toasters. There was a nice lounge on the floor as well.
Disliked: For some reason there was never toilet paper in the bathroom across from my room but there was another bathroom nearby.Kelly (at the front desk) would not allow any use of the facilities (kitchen) right after checkout. Other staff seemed nice though.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing, really worth it. Beautiful fresh fruit salad with yoghurt plus the chia seeds with berries and also the smoked chicken and bread were nice and fresh orange juice and coffee, so beautiful.
Disliked: Nothing

A room we didn’t want...

Liked: The location and our room - very comfy beds and a lovely balcony with views of the Botanic Gardens!
Disliked: You shouldn’t advertise the gym as a facility if you have to pay an additional fee for it - very disappointing. The kitchen could also be better stocked with cutlery and equipment.

Well located modern hotel with...

Liked: Stylish and well located across the road from the botanic gardens. Friendly and helpful staff. Lock up bike storage shed on site. Great kitchen facillities too.
