Excellent service, great location

Liked: Very centrally located near the old town and arena. Bell boy had really excellent service. He took our luggage from the car and brought them up to our room while we were still checking in, before valeting our car to their garage. Receptionist was friendly and she upgraded us to a family room. Room was nice and warm in winter.
Disliked: Nil

Great choice for this area

Liked: Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Clean. Tasty breakfast. There is available parking for fee.
Disliked: The WiFi connection was bad at the room. The receptionist said they have problems with it in the 4th floor and it might also be due to the bad weather (it was just raining, no storm). Parking is a bit expensive.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very central but on a quiet side street. The breakfast was very varied and of the highest quality.

Liked: Such a lovely stay in the heart of verona . Everything in this hotel was exactly as i hoped . The check in process, wonderful. Lovely and informative staff . Tye breakfast and the breakfast personel ,the best . In my whole stayvin italy i loved the breakfast here most . My room was cute ,clean & comfy and houskeeping helped to move my stuff in the room .There's a fridge in room,heating and all
Disliked: The view , but my fault. Next time i will book a room with better view ,maybe a balcony too
