It’s ok - not a...

Liked: Great location and decent breakfast spread. Reasonably decent gym too
Disliked: Shaky wifi accessibility - have to keep signing back on and often times not strong enough to have uninterrupted use. Cupboard was stacked full with extra duvets in plastic bags and I really hate those cheap antiquated hangars that come affixed to the wardrobe. Shower stall is really small but I guess it comes with the price point.Mixed crew - some warm smiley ones like Judith and there’s this wonderful public area housekeeper who moves around like a champ and is always smiling but you have some truly grouchy ones ( won’t mention this particular one by name but I’ll never forget her ‘look-of-disgust and loathe’ when I checked in. Didn’t even acknowledge - simply stared at me and went behind the front desk to check me in - yikes ! Also I’d travelled for 15 days across Italy on this occasion and this is the first hotel who sought a check-out by 1100 hrs

A great time in Verona

Liked: Great location right beside the arena and in easy walking distance from the historical centre. Also in walking distance from the train station. A multitude of good restaurants nearby.Very clean and quiet room with a comfortable spacious bathroom. Great breakfast buffet. Above all exceptionally friendly and helpful reception staff.
Disliked: Only minor criticism: the whirlpool in the bathtub didn't work.

The best hotel in Verona

Liked: The hotel is a few steps away from the Colosseum. All the attractions are within a walkable distance from the hotel . The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The room was very clean, warm and the size of the room was ok for 2 people. The bed was very soft. The breakfast had a big variety of sweets, pastries, fruits, bread, cheese, meats and more... Also there was an automatic machine with a few choices for coffee and other hot beverages. In conclusion the hotel is amazing and a great value for money.
Disliked: It's not a negative thing , but it would be nice if there was a pair of slippers for every guest, available in the room.

Liked: This hotel is wonderful! The staff were all very friendly, helpful and seemed willingly to help with whatever was needed. It was in a prime but quiet location!
Disliked: Truthfully, nothing, we really loved it!

Lovely hotel, ideal location, spotlessly...

Liked: It’s location, staff were friendly and very helpful at all times , it was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was great
Disliked: The air con control had incredibly bright lights which affected sleep ! Also we would have preferred proper China cups, spoons , glasses etc in the room .

Great location, lovely staff…would stay...

Liked: The location is excellent, the staff were lovely. The first room I had was very dark, the second one was brighter and larger, all together a better room so I was happy with that, but less so if I had stayed in the first room, both small and dark, bathroom not as nice etc…the bed was relatively comfortable, I like memory foam, this wasn’t that and a little hard for me.
Disliked: Memory foam mattress! TV I can cast Netflix to!

Perfect place for exploring Verona

Liked: Great breakfast with wide selection of different type of food and beverages. Small but cozy eating area with friendly staff. Room was clean as it gets. Staff service was incredible. Garage for extra charge is a must in the center Verona and valet servise was great.Beautiful small hotel in a bautiful small city.
