Liked: Very friendly and service minded staff.
Disliked: The room was a bit small

Liked: For breakfast you need to update the TOASTER. The staff was very kind and helpful, we appreciated her services
Disliked: the toast cutted in half and the toaster TO SLOW and not hot

Liked: We liked everything, we had a nice room, a big comfortable bed and a good breakfast. Everything was delicious!)
Disliked: We came to the festival, so we did not pay attention to the minuses of the room. I think if you come only to spend the night, and the whole day you walk around, the room perfectly fulfills its purpose

Superb

Liked: I enjoyed my stay. The room was super clean, staff super friendly. Good breakfast with many options. Close to the metro station and the location was quite silent.
Disliked: Nothing specific.There are some steps in the entrance, so person with disabilities should ask the staff if they have another entrance. :)

If you need a hotel...

Liked: The staff. All of them are very friendly and helpful. I requested iron, teapot.
Disliked: Wifi was a bit inconvenient couple times.

friendly and accomodating staff

Liked: The staff were very friendly and accomodating. We travelled as a team and even had boxes shipped there before we arrived. Everything was handled professionally.
Disliked: The hotel is a bit dated, but still everything works and it is very clean, so can't complain much.
