Very good

Liked: good location - walking distance to the main attractions, quiet place, comfortable room, varied and sufficient breakfast
Disliked: the elevator occasionally did not work, so it was not convenient to climb up and carry suitcases

Liked: The location is fine, the staff was friendly, was fairly quiet. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom.
Disliked: The corridors, including the space around the reception, are quite narrow. The elevator was on and off, and this is the problem since the entire hotel is on the 2nd floor of a building.The breakfast was very basic.

Liked: The staff were so kind and friendly, very helpful, pretty nice location near the termini area. The room was very spacious and confortable
Disliked: The shower had a very high step (was uncomfortable for my mom) otherwise everything were fine

Liked: For a 2 star hotel it had all the basics. The room was clean and it was what we expected based on previous reviews. The hotel was in a fantastic location (most of the major sites within a 30 minute walk) and had many places to eat nearby.
Disliked: Again for a basic hotel we couldn’t fault it. We had no issues and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Exceptional

Liked: we didnt have breakfast rooms were very clean beds comfy and nice location a bit further out than we thought but on the whole very pleased with this hotel and I would book again

Liked: Nice budget hotel, good location, fairly clean, and the breakfast was a nice touch.
Disliked: The rooms are very cozy and the elevator was a little rickety but did the job.

Convenient location near the train...

Liked: The room was spacious and the check in time was flexible! The front desk staff was very friendly and it is walking distance to the train station which is a very nice perk. The shower stayed very warm for both of us to shower back to back which was the first time in all of Italy for our two week stay that happened for us!
Disliked: In the listing, I booked a room with AC, a fan, and a patio - none of which were provided in our room which was disappointing. The whole place feels run down with taped wooden panels to the walls in the hallway and stained carpet in the hallway. The bed was two singles pushed together which is fine, except they kept separating all night long causing us to keep waking up. There is a minibar (items in fridge), but there is no notification (verbal or written) that you will be charged if any of those items are consumed. Luckily we didn’t have anything, but fair warning to others!
