Liked: I was shocked and disappointed with the bedroom and how dirty it was:(Definitely not a 4 star facilityAt night time the homeless people from overseas are up all night shouting at 4am :(
Disliked: Dirty Carpets were so dirty that I felt I needed to wipe my feet before I went outside rather than the other way... I wore rubber flip flops so my bare feet did it touch the groundI did not use the shower as packed overnight and booked another hotel overnight and left by 10.25amThe walls had stains and the skirting boards were broken and damaged

Liked: Breakfast is fabulous on the terrace. Location near the station great when you arrive by train.

Liked: The property was in a good location, very close to the station so easy to walk around.Staff were very friendly.Breakfast was very good
Disliked: Some parts of the room were a bit tired and the outlook wasn’t very nice, although it was quiet being at the back of the hotel

Wonderful

Liked: The hotel provided a sanctuary for us from the danger of being pick-pocketed throughout the city by highly skilled and organized gangs. It is the only place where we could relax, feeling safe. The staff was very professional. The hotel dealt remarkably well with serving breakfast to tour groups without impeding the breakfast for our small group of 3. The hotel called a taxi for us several times, which worked very well.
Disliked: A small point. The hotel should have a better system for keeping room keys when the guest leaves the room key with the receptionist, not putting it just anywhere on the desk. One time the receptionist could not find our key and insinuated that we had not dropped it off when we left the hotel.

Nice hotel with friendly staff...

Liked: Friendly staff, great location as right outside termini train station and also close to the hop on hop off bus tours.
Disliked: It doesn’t have a bar/restaurant area. From the photos I thought it had an outdoor seating area but this is only used for the breakfast area.
