Loved our stay @ Hotel...

Liked: Wonderful location, delicious breakfasts at the restaurant attached to the hotel. The room was big, comfortable, with an excellent view and a spa tub. Will definitely stay there again.
Disliked: The facilities could use some updating. There was an ironing board, but no iron. Laundry services are offered but you have to pay per item.

Disappointing

Liked: The sound proofing between rooms was good.
Disliked: Very noisy location. The windows did not block out constant traffic and loud street noise.Very tired facilities eg old towelsShower not great.This hotel is overrated.

We are never going back!

Liked: The room was spacious and had a lot of natural light. But the hot water did not work sometimes
Disliked: We went back because they use to have a really good breakfast, this time it was HORRIBLE! The service was also bad. We will never go back

Nice hotel,

Liked: Rooms are nice and clean and airy and loved the location. Overall the staff were nice.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was there is no explanation of how the breakfast included works as there are only 2 options and you have to have a ticket to order it. The waiter who served me was not very friendly or helpful and I do speak Spanish so it wasnt because we didn't understand each other.

Disliked: The attached restaurant was trash. Served me rotten tenderloin beef and demanded that I still pay for it. very unpleasant experience.
