Liked: A beautiful hotel , a lovely spot to stroll along the river.
Disliked: The Charlotte suite has a lovely view of the river from one window.the other two with unfortunate views of garbage bins. if they were placed behind a screen ot would be better.Yet still a lovely place I'd happily return to .

Liked: The bed was very very comfortable! Interior design with the art decoration was incredible. A lovely restaurant with amazing food and great service! It’s really nice to walk along the river too! And free parking is amazing!
Disliked: I think it said the rooms were sound proof but we could hear the noise from the reception area from inside our room.

Great staff and food in...

Liked: The staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful. The food was amazing although the menu is a bit limited. Breakfast was decent but not a great value. The hotel was very clean.
Disliked: Two things. The location, even though it’s on the main it’s remote from walking to shopping and other restaurants. (There are a few nearby). Secondly the hotel is showing its age and needs a update.
