Liked: The hotel is super well located, near a small beach in the old center of town, plenty restaurants and shops around. The staff is super friendly and made is feel special. There was even a personalised, hand-written welcome note on the bed. Not something you will get in a chain hotel. Super comfy bed, rain shower, powerful hair dryer. There is nothing to be faulted!

Liked: Stylish and cozy design hotel, great location 2 steps from the beach, the room was small but very clean and functional, great breakfast with quality products from local farmers. The beds where divine. Handwritten welcome note in the room, loved all the details!

The design of the hotel is stylish and tasteful, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The whole concept is crafted to make guests feel truly special. The room was perfect, and I believe I have been upgraded to one with a terrace. On top of that, the location is unbeatable—strategically situated in the heart of Biarritz, by the seaside, and just a short walk from all the city’s attractions. For the price, the quality and experience are exceptional. Thank you for making my stay so special and unforgettable <3
