Liked: This hotel went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and there were thoughtful touches like a personal welcome letter, a cute tote bag as a gift, and little guides about local dining and attractions. The design of the hotel is stylish and tasteful, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The whole concept is crafted to make guests feel truly special. The room was perfect, and I believe I have been upgraded to one with a terrace. On top of that, the location is unbeatable—strategically situated in the heart of Biarritz, by the seaside, and just a short walk from all the city’s attractions. For the price, the quality and experience are exceptional. Thank you for making my stay so special and unforgettable <3
