Liked: The history of the hotel, the staff, the rooms and the way it has been kept up.

Unique hotel in a good...

Liked: Location. Next to all the nightlife to include the popular Handshake speakeasy. Although we were not impressed with Handshake. Ended up back at lobby bar.
Disliked: Small bathrooms. Bell boy said taxi was only going to be 300 peso's. Driver pulls up and says 350 peso's. Then doesn't have change for us. So we got ripped off. Typical for taxis in the country.

It is an old hotel...

Great location and beautiful vintage...

Liked: The location is so good that you can walk around and easy to take Ubers. There are so many restaurants and bars you can choose. The main floor is very beautiful with vintage style bar and you can take great photos here.
Disliked: The room is not very large and you need curtain all the time because there are many other buildings near these hotel. The facilities in the room is old one, including bathroom, not modern and pure white style. If you prefer very clean and very new hotels this one is not suitable for you
