Unique and fun.

Liked: The character of the hotel is incredible. The service and staff is really awesome, too. What a unique stay in a great location.
Disliked: I have nothing to report.

This property is old and...

Liked: The location was sufficient but not great.
Disliked: The property is NOT 4 stars, not even close. This property is old, not vintage the rooms are old and the furnishings are old, dated, no current updates to power outlets, phones didt work. The people are in the service industry, these people do not know what service is. Valets just standing there not opening doors, helping with luggage. HORRIBLE experience. Never again.

I always stay here, but...

Liked: It is just wonderful. Comfortable beds. Hot water. Great towels. Historically significant
Disliked: The rooms are cold. I was unable to get heat. Just air conditioning.

Ok....but not all rooms as...

Liked: The main parts of the hotel were beautiful. Coffee in the room was nice.
Disliked: Room was tired looking, and not as nice as the pictures. Bedding and pillows were old looking and tufty. Appeared clean enough though.
