Very good

Liked: The off street location gives you the feeling of being in Rome. Although situated on a busy street this hotel is quiet. Locally, there are plenty of restaurants and bars. The Metro is just a 5/7 minute walk away. You can walk to other attractions as well.Hotel was spotlessly clean.Continental breakfast is more than adequate.Staff are friendly and helpful.Would stay here again. Excellent value for money.

Cosy little hotel in a...

Liked: Cosy little hotel in a great location. Lot of the main sights are short walk away. Good breakfast, considering the size of the hotel (appox 15 rooms).
Disliked: Not the hotel's fault, but there is an Irish pub nearby which has live music on the evenings that can be heard in rooms (it ends around 11pm). If you want peace and quiet before that then the hotel offers complimentary earplugs. Note that the Rome city tax is not included in the price you pay here, this needs to paid extra when checking out (6 eur per person per night). Paid by either card or cash.

Nice place, friendly stuff

Liked: Very riendly stuff, big and clean room.Flexiable with checkout time. Good location, 2 minutes from a metro station, 10-15 minutes to the touristic area.
Disliked: The bathroom sink requires some maintenance.Standard continental breakfast.

Simply super friendly and welcoming...

Liked: Close to Termini Station but not too close (sketchy area just to the west of the station) This hotel is beyond that.Beautiful late 1800s classic building with several other hotels inside. The stateliness of the building is tremendous. Cage elevator, Super friendly staff and owners. Room spacious. The hotel occupies part of the first floor (2nd fl for north americans) and is safe and gorgeous. No part of the hotel is in the front half of the building facing busy Via Nazionale. My room was pretty quiet and I slept with the window open. Small refrigerator.
Disliked: I suppose you could say that the decor is from the 90s but this is why the hotel is such a great value! Other than a weird "natural" soap that didn't lather, I would say this place was tops!
