exceptionally warmd and welcoming stay

Liked: just on the fringe of tourist central - quick walk to the sites and activities but far enough way to not be bothered by the crowds. in between two metro stations, lots of food choices and shopping. the staff are attentive, friendly and engaged.
Disliked: there is nothing i did not like.

Liked: I had a lovely, relaxing stay overall - thank you! Great location - safe, pretty and less than 5 minutes' walk to Victoria Square metro station, buses and some great eateries Very comfortable room - warm, aesthetically pleasing and well-equipped (the bathroom products were particulalry great!)Friendly and responsive staff
Disliked: The pillows were a little too soft for me, and sank quite a bit through the night. In saying that, this may not be an issue for many - my neck issues mean I have very specific pillow needs :)It would have been nice to have tea, and some milk, in addition to the complimentary coffee

Really nice time at hotel...

Liked: The staff are incredible here. The service touch points were excellent and the breakfast every morning was very good! The location itself is great for exploring Montreal.
Disliked: The rooms are very dark! Even with all the lights on, it was very dimly lit and difficult to work from the room. Valet parking cost of $42/day is steep!

Fantastic staff.

Liked: The staff were just phenomenal. We arrived early and they organised to have us into the room in no time, coffee and tea while we waited. They were all very helpful with the baby. Just really very friendly and helpful all round.

Great hotel and staff!

Liked: The staff was really amazing primarily the concierge who was super helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. We will be back!
