Liked: Did know they serve breakfast they didn’t tell me when I was checking in.. they just ask for my name and gave me the key. Customer service was poor
Disliked: Nice a quiet, by the welcome party is not there. Front desk didn’t tell me about breakfast hours, WiFi , or the nearest place to eat, no one was at the front desk when U got there and no one was at the front desk when I was leaving.

Liked: Overall, the hotel looks nice. The interior is very nice, clean and tidy. The staff is nice and friendly. The breakfast was good. I liked the dining room - the interior is charmingly decorated, with frogs and geese on the shelves, paintings on the walls, and flowers on the windowsills. Еhere is a shop nearby and the metro is 8-10 minutes from the hotel.

Very comfortable 3 night stay.

Liked: Lovely quiet location. Staff were very helpful. Ivor gave us a lift to the station as it was raining. Breakfast was filling and sets you up for the day. Room was comfortable with a seating area and fridge and a little kitchenette. The fan in the single room was nice. A nice kebab shop over the road but beware it closes at 7pm!!
