Liked: Has onsite parking . Easy check in as actual reception staff present most times. Bus stop route 21 is literally 2 mins away take you to the city . Comes every 15 mins . If you purchase Salzburg card transport cost is included. Can buy online.
Disliked: No bar fridge , no kettle ( given when asked ) no cups .Trying to sell everything- saying they have a restaurant. No opportunity to make even cup of tea .Shower in a very narrow bath. No shower screen.water gets everywhere in the bathroom floor after a shower.Reception staff ( male person) not friendly . No eye contact but answer questions. Felt like we are problems for him.

Disliked: Most unfriendly hotel we have ever stayed in. The young man, who we took to be the manager, was aggressively unfriendly. We subsequently have read trip adviser reviews regarding this hotel where many other guests have had a bad experiences with this man.

Worst customer experience ever

Liked: The young female receptionist was nice and spoke English well.
Disliked: Incredibly rude staff member. I had the worst customer experience in my life here. I arrived at the Hotel and the reception was closed already so following the instructions I put in the code but nothing happened. A small door with the key should have opened but it didn't. So I called the number right next to the door that says: In case of a problem call this number. A German guy answered and I started to speak to him in English. I said that the code doesn't work and I cannot get in. He was angry immediately, his troubleshooting questions were: I don't understand what is the problem!!! You don't read your emails?? He told me exactly what is in the email but he did not understand not let me explain that I read the email and the steps in it are not working. So I cut into his speech and he shouted: "No, fuck you, now I talk!!!!". Yes this is verbatim what he said. For some reason the key machine started to work while this was happening and I could get the key out. I told him that I have the key said goodbye and he hung up without a word pissed off that I dared to disturb his peace.Did I make a mistake after 13h of driving while putting in the code the first time? Maybe.Did I deserve to be spoken to like this? I don't think so.I think such a person should never work with people nor talk to anyone. Until he works here I cannot recommend this place. If I would have read the other reviews that possibly refer to the same individual I would not have come, nor should you.
