Older hotel with a nice...

Liked: The hotel is older and definitely in need of renovation, especially the room furnishings, which were quite outdated. However, everything was functional and clean, and the staff was very friendly. There is a nice indoor pool available all day.
Disliked: The hotel has its own restaurant, with very good food, though the prices are quite high. The hotel facilities are old.

Liked: We loved the fresh flowers & trees throughout the hotel..& the beer & food was delicious
Disliked: A small fridge & tea/coffee with kettle would be a bonus in the rooms.

Liked: I loved how everyone was dressed !! I loved how it looked it had an authentic vibe and the reception desk staff were lovely and even loaned me chargers (I did not come prepared for the EU being different to the UK - novice Aussie here) I loved the freshly baked rolls for breakfast and pastries - my taste buds will never be the same again and whatever that cheesy garlic butter was- just amazing .The room was quite spacious
Disliked: I thought it was closer in the Salzburg city - I was able to catch a bus quite easily tho and I think if the weather was better I would not have cared it was about a €16 cab ride in and out or €3 bus fare No fridge in the room was a little annoying considering the size of the room

great leisure stop with spa,...

Liked: Excellent rooms and common spaces, very good restaurant. The spa was great. he personnel was very accommodating to my late arrival and put together something even if the kitchen was closed.

Liked: The general ambiance of the hotel was awesome. Breakfast every morning was pleasant and offered several different items to choose from. Dinner in the restaurant was absolutely divine. We expected to stay for just a few days but stayed an entire week!
