Disliked: I paid 176 euros per night for a 4-star room with a double bed and we received a 2-star room in the attic with 3 beds. The rude staff refused to change the room or refund the money. The bathroom has a shower with a height of 1.80m from the base to the ceiling and because I have 1.98 m tall, I could not use the shower. The dresser door cannot be opened because some furniture elements have been installed next to the dresser. The furniture is Old and outdated.
