Liked: The staff at the front desk were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. They helped provide solutions to any concerns I had; for example: I didn't want to leave one of my bags in the regular storage area because it had some expensive things in it, and I didn't want it to get broken or stolen, and they offered to hold it behind their desk until I returned! They also gave me information about monuments and landmarks to visit in Milano and a map!
Disliked: The food could have been a bit better cooked but still good nonetheless. I wish they had some dairy alternatives easily visible for my coffee or if they could make a cappuccino with a dairy alternative, because all I saw was the coffee machine. But maybe they could have done that had I just asked so I don't know.

Liked: The breakfast was okay, nothing special. It’s not only the hotels problem I generally wouldn’t recommend Milan as a travel city to stay more than a day. There’s nothing to see, boring city, very dirty streets and also very expensive. The hotel is very expensive as everything, and doesn’t value the price at all. But guys on the reception are excellent, at least something good in my vacation
