Liked: The room was very clean, breakfast was decent, your typical italian breakfast with croissant, cheese, fruit, and also hot food like scramble eggs, breakfast hotdogs and bacons, and of course great coffee. The shower is as small as some of the other comments and reviews, but i was completely ok with it, bathroom was spotless too! Oh, and the front desk person Andre, let me check in 2 hours early, upgraded me from a single-bed room to a double (queen?) size bed room, i really appreciated it
Disliked: They were doing some maintenance work during the day time, when i stepped out of the elevator my floor, i thought i was on a construction level that was off limit because of the equipment on the floor, turned out its just they were doing some work, and the next day, drilling sound was happening either above or below my floor. But i wasn't planning on staying in the room during the day so it was ok

Liked: The location was near from Lambrate station, the staff is helpful.
Disliked: The WiFi connection was so bad , The bed wasn't good , breakfast was not the best, the shower was very small , expensive value for money
