I wouldn't stay again

Liked: Location was decent. Check in is challenging for those who will not have internet access. .overall nice place but I will not stay again
Disliked: No receptionist, We went to use the tub (no shower) water started hot but went Warm quickly. Host is rude

A very comfortable place to...

Liked: The location was very convenient for exploring the city. The property is very well maintained and stylishly docorated. The bed was very comfortable and room exceptionally clean. The system for getting into the property worked very well although it was a pity that we didn't meet any staff. However, they were very responsive to our messages and helpful.
Disliked: A little more information regarding parking would be useful ie the name of most economical place to park overnight. One small item the hosts could fix is the water from shower leaking onto bathroom floor; needs screen or curtain.

Liked: Excellent location, warm welcome, cosy rooms, and a gorgeous cat as the hotel guardian!

Clean, comfortable and priced just...

Liked: Clean and comfortable just steps away from the station. It was perfect for what I needed. I would love to be there when I could enjoy the lovely rooftop patio. (It was raining.) And I sort of liked the digital check in. Impersonal but quick and easy.
Disliked: A suggestion… either in the welcome emails or the signage, make it more evident where the entrance and key pad is. Took me a bit to figure out the big metal doors to the courtyard were the entrance and the keypad was several feet to the right. But there was nothing I didn’t like.

Would stay there again.

Liked: Very friendly owner and good location. Narbonne isn’t large so it was easy to walk to everything. Comfortable and nicely decorated room.
Disliked: I found it slightly difficult to use the automated entry on arrival

Cozy Place for Visiting Narbonne

Liked: We found that this is more like a cozy B and B than a hotel. Clean, comfortable room and bed. Loved the location near the train station. Easy check in and payment. Easy walk into town. Rooftop terrace to sit in the sun. In the room, there are chairs where you can set your luggage. Water and kettle for tea provided. Large choice of breads and pastries for breakfast, also cheese, ham and whole fresh fruit. Good coffee.Things that we didn't see mentioned in previous reviews that someone might appreciate knowing:--There are multiple steps to some rooms, to the terrace, and to the breakfast room.--Breakfast seating is a large communal table.
Disliked: There was no door from the bedroom to the shower. The shower was located directly next to the bed.There was just one outlet on either side of the bed where the lamps are plugged in - so must unplug lamp to use the outlet for charging.
