Satisfaction

Liked: Value for money. Paid about 70€ for a double room. Cleaning is perfects rooms are spacious, breakfast is good. Tram station is 5 min walkSuperb choice for resting after long walks in the city. If you need to stay more at the Hotel, I wouldn’t recommend it.
Disliked: No TV (only a few channels), no gym, no restaurant.

Liked: Close to trams. Wonderful breakfast ontop of hotel. Staff helpful. Great location and comfy beds
Disliked: Hard to get bath shower to work

Very good for the price,...

Liked: Very good location in a calm street, a short walk away from IP Pavlova. The room was spacious with good beds. The bathroom was also big and the shower’s water pressure was strong.
Disliked: Coffee offered at breakfast wasn’t good. The breakfast could be better, but it was good enough and included in the price.

Disliked: The room was terrible, I was on the 4th floor and the breakfast is serving at 5th floor, every single day we having noise up us woking is at 07:00 sharp, terrible.The train was in our side of the room, noise all the time.Most of the staff did not speak English, they only offer a transfer service for those arriving, so we had to schedule one to go because we had arrived by train and did not need it, the attendant closed and did not mention the payment method, she just told us to pay the driver, which when we arrived at the airport, We found out that they did not accept cards, it was chaos to get money.
