Our stay was short but...

Liked: Everything was perfect, staff was nice although we there was very little interaction with them, they very super nice, rooms were very clean and tidy, spa and wellness was exceptional, and food was delicious! We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely come back
Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect, no flaws

Quiet, nice hotel near Energylandia

Liked: Beautiful, clean hotel, good breakfast, nice restaurant inside the hotel, close to Energylandia park, good parking space.
Disliked: In all three rooms that I booked were max 20°C which was cold for us, considering we travelled with children. In one were 18-19 all the time and the heating in the bathroom didn't work.

Exceptional

Liked: It was an exceptional value for money. For a 3* hotel price you get nice sauna, absolutely amazing breakfast an a free parking. The room is ok, very clean and well maintained

Liked: Lovely spacious room, fabulous balcony, clean and tidy, good food in the restaurant
Disliked: There wasn’t a lift in the part of the hotel where our room was which made our heavy suitcases v difficult to manage

Lovely hotel Ideal for Auschwitz...

Liked: Everything, Very good value for money. Nights stay before Auschwitz tour early next day with spa access and great hot/cold buffet breakfast. Evening Meal in the Bar/restaurant was also Excellent. Short drive to Auschwitz 10 minutes
Disliked: Nothing
