Disliked: The rooms are not systematically cleaned and the beds made again: you have to ask for it with a label on the door. It's very surprising for this type of hotel and the customer is especially poorly informed: a piece of cardboard on the room table that no one will read. The welcome at the reception is limited to its strict minimum, including in terms of friendliness.

Disappointing

Disliked: Person get room on minus 1 level, with small windows. Feeling was line in basement. In early morning clealing personal was starting works and it was it possible to sleep, They was moving with troleys not stop.

Exceptional

A simply fantastic hotel!

Liked: This is really an exceptional hotel. We had come for the 80th commemoration, and it was a real pleasure being able to stay in such a lovely and historic hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. We found the breakfast excellent- so excellent that you can bypass lunch as it will keep you going for hours! The spa was also a really appreciated feature. The sauna and steaming rooms are great at the end of a winter's day. You are a bit far out from the Auschwitz camps, but you can simply take a bus which will get you there in about 20 minutes (or a taxi). Highly recommended.
Disliked: A kettle in the room would have been appreciated.

Our stay was short but...

Liked: Everything was perfect, staff was nice although we there was very little interaction with them, they very super nice, rooms were very clean and tidy, spa and wellness was exceptional, and food was delicious! We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely come back
Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect, no flaws

Quiet, nice hotel near Energylandia

Liked: Beautiful, clean hotel, good breakfast, nice restaurant inside the hotel, close to Energylandia park, good parking space.
Disliked: In all three rooms that I booked were max 20°C which was cold for us, considering we travelled with children. In one were 18-19 all the time and the heating in the bathroom didn't work.
