Liked: Breakfast was great! Their coffee is one of tastiest coffees i've had in a while. The choice of food was a plenty, but quite limited for a veg or vegan, still the food was good and possible to choose.The room is good, quiet, big size and clean.My compliments to the gardeners! Absolutely great job, nice place they made.
Disliked: Hotel needs to invest in to glasses for their housekeepers, as attention to details is not on the level.Receptionist was gone from her desk for a long time, and when she appeared to check in, she did not give any info about the hotel at all... just pointed in the direction. Maybe it's communication skills or the lakh of them.

Liked: The breakfast was good, the room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I think that breakfast should be diverse. We Had breakfast 4 days at the location and the same options were available. And maybe more fruits and not sliced on the same plate. From my point of view it is not sanitary only if its a fruit salad.

Liked: Good location. Comfortable beds. Wellness and spa was great.
Disliked: The room had air conditioning that didnt work. The receptionist was so arrogant when i told her to look into it. After I took her to the room and showed her, she finally said she will find us a fan. 2 hours later i went back asking for the fan and she was rude and spoke to me like i lied and again said "the air con should work and that we should open the windows". Its 45 degrees outside lady!!!! Its summer and it's 5 of us inside. When i paid 3 days later she didn't even say simple sorry. She even charged me more. I booked a room for 5. Got price via booking.com. but she charged me more then booking.com. and said its the current rate. We suffered in 2 bedroom room, 5 of us with small silly fan that did nothing for 3 days. I paid for 13 people and 4 rooms. It's not cheap and not even sorry? She spoke to me so obnoxiously that I have never experienced this in any other hotel before. Well, perhaps just a bad luck with a staff 2 days in a row. It's a shame because the hotel looks good otherwise.
