Exceptional

Cute hotel but not great...

Liked: The location was perfect for a palace visit and the staff was lovely. The rooftop bar was also a great place to have a drink at the end of the night.
Disliked: The room was not super functional for a family. It had a trendy shower but was lacking a shower door or any sort of privacy for the person showering. There was even a clear glass window from the main bedroom area to the shower area and mirrors everywhere?!? The bathroom was also dimly lit and it was extremely difficult to see what you were doing. In general the lighting concept was tough to figure out - lots of switches but not a lot of light. The price also seemed really high for a small town where all other prices were moderate.

A bit disappointing for a...

Disliked: 1) The hotel opens its breakfast room to non-hotel guests, which can make it difficult for hotel guests to get a table. 2) The room cleaning service is sloppy. I found that the tea cup had already been used and had not been cleaned.

Liked: The room very comfortable and clean.
Disliked: There were no towel racks in the bathroom area.

Nice, in the city center

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic again, the hotel's location is ideal, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is helpful. WEllnes &Spa is nice
Disliked: Our rooms on the 4th floor, were not as comfortable, as the ones we had last year, on floorr 3. Much smaller. Also beeing near the Rooftop bar was strange, as the toilets were right near the corridor. Everytime we went outside, we ran into people coming and going. In the restaurant the menu is much smaller than we remembered.
