Liked: Super clean room, modern facilities, the staff were very nice and helpful, very welcoming, the breakfast was good as well,
Disliked: The location is a bit far from the main attractions but very accessible via public transportations,

Liked: The location is fairly close to the metro and other public transport which is quite easy to get to the city centre.
Disliked: Poor experience in this Hotel. End up with a room downgrade because of the mistake of staff. The staff not evening willing to help when we found the room given was wrongly given and no compensation was given, the staff just express we have no options but to take the room or leave. It ridiculous for a "4-star" to make a mistake like that and I don't see their compliment to their customer. Strongly not recommend to stay at this hotel otherwise someone maybe have a "flawless" experience like me.

Liked: We liked the overall service, the attention to detail, and the good breakfast.
Disliked: maybe two bath salts next time instead of one.

Liked: Cosy, clean, well located and great staff! Loved the breakfast being included.
Disliked: Nothing!

Comfortable hotel, great breakfast

Liked: Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean and quiet.
Disliked: We did not like the lack of a holder for the shower head, meaning we had to hose ourselves down. It seemed odd as the bathroom was beautifully finished.
