Great stay at San Francisco

Liked: We had a great stay at this Hotel located at the city center. It was quiet and around the Hotel you can find nice Restaurants an Dinner. Close to the market street. Easy reachable from the Airport. Would book again.

Very good

Liked: Friendly welcome. Helpful advice on reception. Good size room and excellent shower. Also good to have a restaurant on site. All together good value for money.
Disliked: Not so keen on the concrete floor but the industrial look is interesting.

Won't book again, but it's...

Liked: Nice view from the 10th floor. The mood of our room was pretty stylish. The coffee machine is a big plus for us.
Disliked: The hotel keeping your deposit for a month - be ready for it. I never had such an experience before, other hotels in the US sent us money back within a few days after check-out. There's a concrete floor in the room, so it's better to bring sleepers. You can ask for a robe, but I honestly don't understand why it can be there by default. You may be very tired and already in a shower when you need one. The shower isn't friendly to the ladies who don't want to wash their hair every time. And guess what there are no shower caps, luckily I had my own. The location itself I won't recommend, it's a very loud part of the city and it's pretty easy to get to the worst streets this city has.

Confortable stay in unbeatable location

Liked: Beautiful hotel with well designed and comfortable rooms. Exceptional hotel staff who were very accommodating. Will definitely stay again!

Superb

Great location for an amazing...

Liked: Great location and nice bathroom. Cosy reception and friendly staff
Disliked: There was a strike happening down the road so always heard loud sounds (not the hotels fault by any means) and the flooring seemed to be incomplete. I understand the design element (I’m an interior designer) but it was simply incomplete rather than a theme.

Liked: Good value for money.
Disliked: There was a strike on the hotel next door and they were very very loud starting 7 am to 10 pm every day

Convenient and clean

Liked: Hotel is very convenient to the BART, a few cafes, and a Trader Joes. Room was basic but comfortable for a few nights.
Disliked: The heating unit was extremely noisy and couldn't be run at night. There is a "facility fee" that includes wifi and things like a kettle (if you ask) - I consider these should be part of the standard room rate. Would also suggest a few additional amenities, such as rubbish bin bags, and for the hotel to look into cleaning the outsides of the windows (could hardly see through them).
