Comfortable stay

Liked: The room was clean and warm. Breakfast was great (included in the price of the room). Hotel is in a great location for exploring Udine as it's a 10min walk to the city centre.

a bit old but clean...

Liked: Walking distance to all the major tourist attractions, free parking, smooth check in and a good coffee specially done by two lovely ladies at continental breakfast are the things worth mentioning.
Disliked: New bed covers would be nice (although old but clean), a complimentary quick look into the bathroom style from last century, but that's ok (some ventilation or heating would do the magic) and if by any chance in the future you would provide kettle with some teabags that would be nice. But then again, that wouldn't be a 3 star hotel, so that's really not a complaint.
