So much to do, you won't be the hotel much, but when you are they make you feel like home.

Liked: Close to 10 mile music hall.

The BEST hotel experience of...

Liked: This hotel was the BEST find of our whole trip! Nancy, the General Manager, was the sweetest and helped with our accommodations after a long day of travel and made this experience a memorable one in the best way! I've never had customer service be this exceptional! So much so we are alredy planning our trip to Colorado next year around staying in this hotel. The room was perfect! Right in the middle of downtown Frisco, walking distance to all the best shops and food. So cute and exactly what we needed. The shower pressure was AMAZING!! The beds were so comfy and they lighting for makeup was supreme! We will be back year after year for sure. I can't wait to spend my birthday here year after year....come on 48!! :) Suzanne and Kurt

Disliked: Guest room decor was poor, no ice machines for the guest , The Frisco Hotel would not allow us to have the room with a balcony that we paid for through booking.com

Disliked: The fiberglass insert in our bath was awful. And the controls were coming out of the wall. Weird.

A few things need improvement,...

Liked: Location is incredible!
Disliked: Bathroom was disgusting and falling apart, towels stained, no air conditioning, no screens on windows, surprise nightly parking fee, and no breakfast or meals served here at all.

Great location, free parking, great...

Liked: My wife and I were there for a very short period of time. We enjoyed the late afternoon music and drinks. Plus the location on the Main Street of Frisco was outstanding. We would stay there if the need/ want arises again.
Disliked: I thought the initial woman we dealt with was a bit confused and not focused. This could have been since she was new. Perhaps some additional training could be wattented?

Comfortable and stylish small hotel...

Liked: Loved the location on Main Street (a lovely street!). The hotel was a little smaller than I imagined, but stylish and well-equipped with communal areas and a shared tea/ coffee point with cereal bars available to eat. We enjoyed the happy hour where you get a free drink of wine (generous measure) or beer and can sit inside or out on the front patio. The room was very comfortable and had a fridge and a view of the hills. The hotel manager was helpful. There was plenty to do in Frisco and we wished we had planned to stay longer.
Disliked: There was a little confusion about the parking, as the hotel say that overnight parking is not available at all in the town centre, but the town's website and street signs suggest otherwise (parts of 2nd and 3rd ave, close to the hotel, seem to allow overnight parking, though on different sides of the road on different days). I opted to put the car in the hotel parking lot and was not charged for this, so was very happy with the outcome.

Liked: The hotel was right on main street in downtown Frisco. They had a happy hour on the patio out front with a wonderful singer and a nice glass of wine.
Disliked: Our room #101 was VERY SMALL. This is an old building so we kind of understood, but for over $200, there should at least be a chair in the room. Also, the air conditioner (a stand up model that vents through the only window) went out onto a patio where someone was smoking, so the smoke came into our room.
