Liked: Stayed in a newer section across the driveway and loved the larger room than we've had on previous trips. Large bathroom, desk area, and nice to have a fan to use in the room! Service was also good and felt quite comfortable. Appreciate such a good place to stay over the years, with access to the Rhur and local amenities, and excellent value for money. Thanks so much!

Liked: Nice ambiance. Garden and swimming pool great on a hot day. Secure cycle storage to which you the guest have access without needing to involve the staff is a plus. And unusually for Germany a kettle and cups in the room.
Disliked: Breakfast a bit expensive for what you get when compared to the other hotels we stayed in. A minor point but the bedroom windows could do with cleaning, particularly the velux windows.

Disliked: Information unclear - eg: stairs to upper rooms, no lift.Parking - is in an underground garage with height restriction- no information on this so had to park on the street. But we booked on the basis of parking.
