Firm mattresses. Indifferent front desk...

Liked: Hmm...Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The beds are quite firm. Two soft and two firm pillows. Absolutely lousy front desk staff (evening and daytime shifts). No 'hello, welcome' upon arrival. No 'nice to see you.' 'Have you stayed with us before?' (No.) 'Let me tell you about the amenities (and breakfast hours).' 'Thanks for staying with us.' 'How was your stay?' 'We hope to see you again soon.' Absolutely nothing what so ever 'warm' about the welcome at all. Just lousy. Impersonable. Indifferent. Dreadful.

Liked: I highly recommend this property due to the friendly staff, clean room, parking access, great location walking to the city center, and good vibe. This is the second time that we have stayed in this great accommodation.
Disliked: Our room had stairs. Unfortunately, I fell from the stairs and bumped my knees in the door. Boiled and scrambled eggs were cold.
