Liked: Staff very kind and available. I found a nice Christmas atmosphere. Brekfast was OK.

Liked: The Hotel was exceptional & clean, all the hotel staff were friendly and really helpful. Breakfast was excellent everything was fresh with a good choice. The location was only a couple of minutes walk from the train station, if we are ever in Hamburg again we would definitely stay at Hotel Fresena.

Liked: Staffs were super friendly
Disliked: the facility was horrible, beds were really uncomfortable, I was not allowed to iron inside the room, and had to do it in a conference room with no sink. The shower was the worst one I've ever used, separate hot and cold taps, either freezered me or burned me for having showers every day during my stay. I nearly wanted to book somewhere else.

Liked: The location was very nice, near to the Congress center, the stuff were super pleasant, we even got cappuccino in the morning :) the room was spacious enough
Disliked: the noise isolation was bad. you could've hear the neighbors next door walking in the room.the spacious of the bathroom in the single room was not good.the reception of the hotel Wagner in the evening was able to reach only through phone, there was no ring on that door..
