Liked: Excellent location, next to Metro, half way between plaza mayor and Retiro park. Comfortable beds in triple room.Accommodating staff.
Disliked: 560 euros for 2 nights in February bit on high side as hotel did not have facilities such as kettle

Disliked: The WC brush was broken, I asked the staff to change it and put a new one and they didn't.

Disliked: The night guard had gone to bed to an empty room. When we came back saturday night around 2:30 we had to wait 45 minutes before we were able to wake him up.
