Liked: Location is great, beds are super comfortable and clean. Additionally, customer service is extremely excellent and helpful. Ms. Tish at front desk was so nice and make my experience at hotel Fraye just perfect for my birthday weekend. Since we arrive she was so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Ms. Tish !

Liked: The facilities and rooms were excellent
Disliked: The staff’s behaviour was abhorrent. They were overheard by some of our group bitching and moaning about us as we went to the lift well to get a passport for them that they had seen multiple times already because they screwed up our booking. Our deposit was not returned to our bank for 6 weeks. The staff were extremely unhelpful and our right rude.
