Hotel beautiful-staff very pleasant, live...

Liked: The hotel staff was very professional and courteous. Very diversed. They made the stay worth while and refreshing because the other Tennesseens overall were not very friendly and I’m from Alabama.
Disliked: The bed size seemed smaller. I sleep in a king at home. Breakfast should have been cheaper or free or complimentary or continental. Parking was too high. We were charged additional taxes that were not originally quoted. I feel like the mistletoe club or hotel fraye should have had complimentary hats and horns, maybe some confetti for the New Year’s Eve Celebration for their guests who chose to stay indoors on such a rainy/frigid night.

Disliked: The restaurant staff were extremely rude and provided terrible service. They treated white customers first and made sure they were taken care of. When it came to black customers, they did not get the same treatment and professionalism. We were often ignored, not served on time, rushed, spoken down too, disrespected, served smaller cups then white families (same drink- orange juice). It was more so the female staff, they were terrible and bad for business

Liked: Very clean and modern! The staff was great as well.
Disliked: Nothing.

Pleasant

Liked: Very sheik decor, beautiful rooms and comfy bed. Can also access Netflix from the TV.
Disliked: Very far from the main strip, you couldn’t walk there and the bars in this area are okay but definitely not my favourite. Also staff were quite moody and unfriendly.
