Liked: Atmosphere and the building and staff.
Disliked: The room was damp and didn’t have options for fresh air. The bathroom door was jammed and there was a lot of noise on the hallway from housekeeping in the morning, and also from the elavator next to the room. Also we would recommwnd to change the pillows, they were old and flat. Nevertheless, we would love to come back for another stay and better experience, but never again in room 401.

Location very fine & quietly...

Liked: The service was excelent - both at the reseption & the breakfast. Location in a quietly street. No noise in the room. Interior in the hotel fine.
Disliked: The minibar should contain some drinks (was empty).

Liked: Beautifully kept hotel with very welcoming staff. Décor was in lovely order and everything worked. Great location near the old town but still quiet.
Disliked: All good.

Liked: The staff was welcoming, attentive and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. They were all exceptional. The morning breakfast was exceptional and we enjoyed the restaurant for dinner one evening as well and it was also exceptional. We will return.
