Disliked: Bathroom door was uncomfortable, as it was not possible to close it completely. There was always some space between two glass doors. Plus, the holes on the glass doors (that serve as door handles) are quite big, so you have to fill it in with tissue or towel in order not to be able to see the closet.

Liked: Pleasant Neighbourhood with many restaurants and supermarkets and bus connections, good breakfast selection, spacious and nicely decorated room.
Disliked: No work desk in the room as advertised - only a very narrow "table"; no amenities in the room such as cups, or glasses, or a kettle, or a minibar; a safe in the room; the staff was generally friendly but not very accommodating to guest needs or requests (except Hicham); no space for the toiletries in the bathroom; daily housekeeping could be better in terms of cleaning and replenishing of bathroom amenities - shower gel/shampoo and toilet paper.

Liked: Great value for money with a very pleasant room, nice personal touches and very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was also very nice, the location quiet and safe with easy access to the U-Bahn.
Disliked: Nothing, all was fine.
