Liked: The hotel is not pet-friendly at all! I don’t understand why they claim to accept pets when, for example, they don’t allow animals to stay alone in the room. The staff even ran after us to ask when we would be back and whether the dogs were left alone – a completely absurd and very stressful situation for us. I’d like to point out that these were two tiny Chihuahuas who just sleep while we’re away. The staff made our stay at the hotel very unpleasant.The cleanliness of the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired, there’s no ventilation in the toilet, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Wonderful, Central Paris Stay

Liked: Fabulous, central location, in walking distance of the Opera/Louvre areas! Lovely, friendly staff.
Disliked: The room was a little smaller than it appeared in pictures.

Liked: Agree fully with those who have commented on the excellent staff - Reception managed to find us a taxi despite the Paris marathon, which was fortunate as the Gare du Nord was in total chaos due to the border computer failing

Liked: It was a smelly hotel and the floor was dirty, room had a stench of onions and sweat, the staff tried to take a bribe from me. He was very unpleasant, I think his name was Hippolit. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
