Very pleasant.

Liked: It was a very nice stay the staff was very nice and the room was very clean. Location to train station very close but they do have a lot of clubs around and it could get noisy.

It wasn't bad, especially for...

Liked: The price was cheap for a family of 4. Bathroom and room were spacious.
Disliked: The lamp wasn't working. Furniture were worn out. The tap was leaking. Cleanliness could've been better. Due to its location, extremely noisy.

Okay place for a short...

Liked: The price was good and the location is very close to the train station. The room was small but clean.
Disliked: The location is right in the red light district, it was noisy and there was a neon strip club sign right next to my window. There were hardcore junkies and drunk people on every corner. I felt unsafe to get to the hotel (as a solo female traveler), which doesn't happen to me often.
