Lovely renovated hotel with lots...

Liked: Lovely renovation of an old building, loved the charming old lifts, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The decor in the common areas was lovely too.
Disliked: There was room tidying by the staff, but they apparently forgot to clean the in-room coffee station. No refill of coffee, and used mugs remained, so we had no coffee on our second morning. Not a big deal at all, just strange.

Nice location, staff could be...

Liked: The room was very spacious, the bathroom had the best lighting of any hotel we've ever stayed at and the lobby was gorgeous.
Disliked: The staff wasn't too knowledgeable or clear about breakfast, one told us it was included but then said it wasn't. Waited until morning to ask a different front desk employee and got the same answer "yes, then no, then oh yes you get a credit for 2 adults"
