Disliked: I stayed at Forest hill , and my experience was deeply disappointing. Upon returning to my room around 11 AM, I discovered that money I had left on the table was missing, and my room had not been cleaned. When I reported this to the receptionist, they were dismissive and more concerned with protecting their staff than addressing my concerns. I also experienced multiple instances where staff entered my room without knocking, claiming to check the mini bar or for housekeeping. This lack of privacy was unsettling. After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not alone in this experience. I cannot recommend this hotel due to the inadequate service and security issues.

Disliked: We asked for 2 single beds and the beds where directly touching each other. Considering that it was a work trip with my colleague, I expected that if i request 2 single beds, there is a bit of space between the 2.
