weird approach

Liked: Very convenient.
Disliked: They charged 200 euro deposit during check in although our reservation was prepaid. As we were not informed before hand either by booking or the hotel ,this was an unpleasant experience.

Disliked: The attention to détail … cleaning , change of towels should be everyday also the bed shits as I Pay it daily and for a 4 star hôtel its the minimum required also 2 guests 2 bottle of water not one for two … this is a bit disappointing for a 4 star hôtel
