Good value and location, but...

Liked: The staff was friendly and housekeeping good. The hotel is a good budget hotel.
Disliked: The room was uncomfortable. The AC is insanely loud, bed is too firm, and the room didn’t feel secure because it didn’t have any additional locks (as a woman alone in a room that makes me feel more secure). Many areas in the city has an unpleasant sewage smell and the rooms smelled like the sewage outside. The loud AC made it so difficult to sleep (sounds like a lawnmower going constantly) and when I tried to turn it off for some quiet, I learned quickly how poor quality the windows were because I could hear all the street noise. If you’re a light sleeper or if you can spend a little extra for a less “boutique” hotel, I’d recommend staying somewhere else.

Sleep at a bar, but...

Liked: Central location, cozy atmosphere
Disliked: We had to “sleep” next to the bar on 11th floor. When we immediately asked for a toom change, reception staff asked for extra charge (800pesos) or they dont have any other room. When i asked how we can sleep in such loud music, they said we paid for the room and we got a room, we are free to submit a complaint. Super small room with very bad design, not possible to move within. Elevators stop at every single floor, until 11th!!

Liked: The breakfast experience that this hotel offers is excellent, specially the view that it has overlooking the city. The food is delicious and well thought of.The staff is very clean and respectful. I would probably come back for the breakfast.
Disliked: I didn't like that the halways were so dark, it made me feel unsafe walking to my room.

Happy days at Fontan Reforma...

Liked: Location, Rooftoop, cozy room and staff !Staff was great, always willing to help and taking care of every detail. Our room was always on point! If I’m not mistaken our camarista was Eva and she did a great job ( we never saw her but we knew her name ).Rooftop is very beautiful and has a great environment to go for dinner or for a drink.Room was super cozy mostly the bed !
Disliked: The bathroom of the hotel is not that nice, very very small and needs a renovation because the curtains were dirty and very old.The shower was very weak and in general the bathroom is very old.

it is ok but...

Liked: the hotel is good locatio n to.move across the city by public transport i moved easily in DF
Disliked: always the water from shower is not good presure to take a bath and then the bath is clogged towells looks not clean
