Fantastic location for great price

Liked: Location was excellent, so handy for getting anywhere and right on promenade so beautiful for view too. Small hotel and owners on site for excellent service. Since small hotel no real services on site but lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Room clean every day but only minimum amount of towels and when sheets changed had a stain, it was old but very noticeable. Owners had a very handy guide book prepared which I used. One downfall was no elevator although that was right in their advertisement so was not a surprise. Overall, well worth the money to stay there for location, rooms being comfortable and quiet and great service from owners.

Liked: It’s a nice small hotel with great location, 10 min walk from Negresco . Our room was very small but clean, towels can be changed every day! Staff is very friendly! Take into account that no lift in the building!
Disliked: No lift, small room area, but you know it in advance, so no disappointment

Exceptional

Liked: In front of the sea. Nice staff and a comfy bedroom. Very close to the tram and easy to go to the airport and city center. We had a very nice stay.

Nice is the nice city.

Liked: The hosts were so nice and kind. Very pleasant atmosphare. The location is excellent. Good public transportation, foodstore, restaurants nearby.
Disliked: The double bed is too narrow. Two small shampoo for three nights are too few for two people, there was no refill.

Liked: I loved the ocean view from my balcony window.
Disliked: No complaints

Liked: Very comfortable and away from the crowd only a 10 minute walk to the old city
