Poor service from Simon booking...

Liked: When requesting accommodation I asked for a 4 person superior room with 3 separate beds. Prior to travel we were relocated to the Millou Loft Apartments. On arrival we discovered at Millou that there were 2 double beds. I spoke to the Millou receptionist who contacted her boss at Millou loft and then Simon the booking agent. We were told because I had accepted the change that Millou loft was the only option available to us. I mentioned to Simon that the original booking was for 3 separate beds but again he stated that we had accepted the change. Very poor service from Simon who did not honour the original booking.

Basic facilities but good value

Liked: Good value for money, very central location. Room was basic and small. There is no lift/elevator. We were in the attic so we had no view. The bathroom was not very clean and needed updating. However it was inexpensive and therefore quite good value.
