Loves the location and proximity...

Liked: Very convenient location next to the bus station. Short 15 minute stroll to old town. Very comfy and good breaky.

Pleasant

Liked: The walls are paper thin and our neighbours were up all night talking and snoring. I didn’t even need a hotel room since I didn’t get any sleep.

The stay was ok. Location...

Liked: The room is as per the picture & the location is just right in front of the bus terminal & train station which is very convenient. moreover there is a supermarket & restaurants nearby for an easy grab. The room is quite spacious as well.
Disliked: -the bed is not clean. it is very dusty and there are leftover fabrics.-no Air-con in this timing and it's not mentioned in the website. Air-con is only available in the summer.-only 1 lift available for the whole building-One of the receptionist is not friendly. They look like a university student doing part time in the hotel and not a staff.

Liked: Our room was very nice and clean; the bed was super comfortable; the personal answer very quick to question; we checked in earlier and we are grateful for that
Disliked: very convenient place for bus station Florence, but not so close to the center if you walking as we prefer to do

Liked: Firstly I must say the staff (receptionist) were very nice and attended to requests or complaints promptly but I expected more from this hotel than I got, they almost denied admission for my 1 year old child because we couldn’t present his passport (ridiculous), cleanliness is below average, I can’t believe they wouldn’t clean up after I specifically informed them to do so at the reception when leaving for the day, the second day of my stay the tried to tidy the room but to my surprise when i got back the bedsheets were not changed, the bathroom was shabbily cleaned and my partner had to clean up again because we had a baby with us, overall it was just there.

Excellent hotel, rooms clean and...

Liked: We only had breakfast one day but it was very good, wide variety of foods and drinks. Restaurant was clean and well stocked, however croissants did not get replenished and it was only 9.15. Plates could of been bigger, especially for cooked food. Cleaners did an excellent job everyday and tea/coffee in the room replenished. Little fridge in the room was a bonus. TV, hairdryer and shower worked well, which in my experience has not always been the case. Bathroom was well stocked with towels and replaced when needed. Overall it was an excellent hotel, near to all transport links, near to the centre of Prague and opposite a pretty little theatre. Would stay again and would recommend.
