Liked: The hotel is in a beautiful, calm neighbourhood.My room had a really nice view.The room is well organizedThe tram station is near (5 min walking)
Disliked: 1- When I arrived, they gave me a room that had not been cleaned yet. When I entered the room and CLOSED the door, 10 minutes after that, a girl just opened the door without knocking or taking permission, she just used the hotel's keys and opened the door without knowing if I was changing clothes.... It was really embarrassing. She came to clean the room, and she said she was sorry she forgot to do it. From my part, I don't have a problem if she comes to clean the room it's a positive point, but next time please if someone is in the room, please knock the door.2- in the morning, while I'm still sleeping, another girl knocks the door so hard and so loud because she wants to do the cleaning
