Liked: Hotel is in a good position. Staff friendly.
Disliked: Room condition is too old, wall surface cracked. Shower head broken not fix, no kettle for hot water in the room, no serve tea bag or coffee. Door is hard to close it. Paid the room price on booking.com, when arrived there and check in, staff said I still need to paid a city tax which I didn’t expect to pay.

Liked: The only good thing about the property is the location and commute. Very close to the city centre and nearby bus stops and train stations.
Disliked: The property is outdated, stayed for 2 nights, the first night didn’t had hot water to shower had to ask my mate if I could shower in his hotel room nearby. Hotel staff could have been more helpful.

Liked: The location was good, easy to walk into Lisbon centre.
Disliked: Where do I start? The bathroom was so tiny and awkward to move around and smelled awful, the smell could not be contained to the bathroom, so it made the room smell bad! I also had a bed bug that I killed, so it's really not nice and made my skin crawl. Shabby rooms in need of a complete renovation.

Liked: hotel in good location 👌 comfy bed.very nice receptionist and other staff they have restaurant too and we enjoyed our dinner we didn't have our breakfast as we needed to go to Santarem early morning Hope to be back soon my daughter forgot to take her powerbank at the reception area but managed to call the receptionist and was very pleased that they keep it for us for my daughter to pick it up later sometime this month .Thank you 😃
