Liked: Clean room, great service and staff

Fantastic stay

Liked: Beautiful spacious room more than adequate. Staff were professional, friendly and went above and beyond to help us with an unrelated problem. Breakfast was delicious and staff were attentive. Location was fantastic, walking distance to Zocalo and central area.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Hotel really friendly, great location and clean. Good gym. Extremely helpful and good English.
Disliked: The restaurant food was very basic for the evening. No air conditioning in the gym.

Great breakfast! Wonderful staff

Liked: Staff was very nice and even packed us a bag of food for breakfast when we left since we would not make the dining hall for the breakfast the day we left. Room was simple but stylish. Regular Breakfast was buffet style and delicious! Location was close to public transit and close to major areas.
Disliked: The AC was a bit difficult to get it to work properly. The water pressure was low in the shower and the sink was slow to drain. Neighborhood seemed older, and maybe a bit less safe. However security was good on the property.

Liked: Friendly staff and well maintained facilities. The restaurant is really good
Disliked: Being in the downtown, it’s dangerous to be out there. The crime rate is super high. Make sure to take precautions and use registered taxi services.
