Liked: Everything was great, breakfast was full buffet with fruits, and many others
Disliked: The area around the hotel as all CDMX could be maintained better. It was safe though. The smell in the morning from breakfast area was going into bathroom up to our 4th floor (still did not feel in the room)

Liked: The place was neat and clean, the staff was amazing and helpful. Great pricing for the quality you get. The food and drinks were also really good.The location was also helpful.
Disliked: The bed pillows are weird and not so comfortable. It's sound proof but only of the city surroundings because we could hear almost everything of the room next door.

Liked: Location was convenient - only a 15 minute walk to the Zocalo. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Only niggle was that there was a problem with the room safe and it took multiple requests for it to be sorted but otherwise the staff were great.

Not the best place to...

Liked: Location near the Zocalo Square, friendly staff at the reception, price.
Disliked: Unfortunately, there were a lot of areas for improvement:1. The poor soundproof.2. Cleaning in the rooms. In addition a housekeeper took my t-shirt (I think occasionally, but nevertheless) and it was not found afterwards. This is the first time ever happening to me in hotels.3. Reception guys did not order a transfer to the airport in advance, so we were waiting and were in a hurry to the flight.All in all it’s not a 4-star hotel. Rooms look severely different on the photos rather they are in the real life.

Liked: Reasonable walking distance to historic center just off Main Street.
Disliked: Front door Crowded by many street vendors. Department store building next door blasts very loud music. Breakfast “tickets” should be changed out, need to go digital. Brighter lobby and brighter ceiling lights in room would be very nice.

Liked: Very clean hotel and room, friendly staffing always willing to help. The hotel also offers tours with an agency that pick you up inside the hotel and same for drop off, making us feel very safe and comfortable with all the service options. Breakfast was good and same for bar restaurant with good food and drinks.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The room was all right and everything worked as it should.
Disliked: 1. First of all it was difficult getting to the hotel due to all the busses parking in the street. 2. It's a Mexican style, we do know that, but it smelled SO strong of cleaningmaterials that we felt like we were getting sick. 3. The advertising says "soundproof" rooms, and that was not the case. We could here anything from the hallway and from the other rooms.
