Great stay in Mexico City!

Liked: Rooms were well equipped and very clean and recently remodeled. Staff was very accommodating and kind.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was super clean and comfortable. Loved the location too, was easy to get around.
Disliked: Nothing!

Central location

Liked: It was comfortable, had everything you needed for a night or two, has a coffee machine in your room and the breakfast was great. Walking distance to a few sites.

Liked: Breakfast is okay.Location is convenient
Disliked: Bed / mattress is so hard didn’t sleep comfortably and the restroom is not well cleaned has smelled of urine even after it was just cleaned. But all the staff are all so nice .

A good quality hotel in...

Liked: An excellent hotel. Well located within a short walk to historic centre attractions and 5 minutes from Pino Suarez metro station. Great staff. Comfortable bedroom with coffee maker. Supplies refreshed daily. Reasonably good buffet breakfast.. Good shower in its own room.
Disliked: There are just a few restaurant options nearby. The meal that I had in the hotel restaurant was not too good. There is a nice bar on the top floor but it is not well advertised so I only discovered it half way through my stay.

Liked: The location was very central, the friendly employee
Disliked: The smell in the fridge and the smell in the room. I think some hotel managers have wrong idea concerning having clean room and over usage of cleaning detergent and cleaning material. Entering the room i was overwhelmed with the smell of the cleaning productsI think the smell was hard because the room was not having windows and there was mo way to circulate the air
