Liked: The upgraded room on top floor was very spacious and private. Mini bar free, fresh free coffee and cakes in afternoon.
Disliked: Just needed some more tea bags each day but that was it!

Hotel Fiume was a good...

Liked: Staff was excellent in every department, very friendly, professional and accommodating. Room and halls, lift, reception etc. were very clean. Location was very nice, plenty of good cafe's and restaurants in area. While the room was a little tight, it was very comfortable, we both slept well except for the very loud street noise, people screaming in the early morning hours.
Disliked: Since the AC season wasn't at the time we stayed we opened the windows at night for cool air and unfortunately there were people speaking loudly on the streets at night, sometimes screaming, and they woke us up every night. There were drunk people across the street from our room, we watched them through our window even in the morning daylight. Its not a good look.Secondly, the shower design makes no sense as the water ran out of the shower area and flooded the bathroom tile floor making it dangerous for footing. That needs to be fixed. An iron for pressing clothes would be a good addition to the room.

Liked: Good location not far from the villa borghese and easy access to the city via public transportation. The breakfast very nice. Small gifts were given upon arrival and departure. Very nice staff

Liked: Before we even arrived, Simone went above and beyond to assist us during a complicated situation, offering support when we needed it most. His kindness and professionalism made a stressful moment much easier, and we truly appreciated his help.When we arrived, Carlos welcomed us with a warm smile and made sure our early check-in and luggage storage were handled smoothly. His attentiveness and friendly attitude made us feel truly taken care of. Throughout our stay, both Simone and Carlos continued to go above and beyond, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our experience unforgettable!The hotel itself is spotless, with comfortable rooms and a fantastic location. But what really sets it apart is the incredible team. Huge thanks to Simone, Carlos, and the entire staff for making us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back!
