Liked: Before we even arrived, Simone went above and beyond to assist us during a complicated situation, offering support when we needed it most. His kindness and professionalism made a stressful moment much easier, and we truly appreciated his help.When we arrived, Carlos welcomed us with a warm smile and made sure our early check-in and luggage storage were handled smoothly. His attentiveness and friendly attitude made us feel truly taken care of. Throughout our stay, both Simone and Carlos continued to go above and beyond, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our experience unforgettable!The hotel itself is spotless, with comfortable rooms and a fantastic location. But what really sets it apart is the incredible team. Huge thanks to Simone, Carlos, and the entire staff for making us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back!

Highly recommend, great experience

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, comfy and clean. Complimentary coffee and snacks throughout the day. The location is a little bit away from the main area of Rome, but still very accessible and in a nice neighbourhood away from tourists - there’s a real authentic Roman feeling to the area of the hotel. The only negative was that someone had a shower in a nearby room (not sure if their room was above, below or beside my room) and I could hear it quite loud.

Great stay at hotel fiume....

Liked: We had an amazing experience at Fiume hotel in Rome. We stayed two nights at this hotel and will stay again in this hotel during our next visit to Rome. Room was extremely clean, no odors, bed was comfortable, shower was clean and had instantenous hot water. Carlos did an amazing job accomodating us, if you experience any issues at all he will go above and beyond to solve those issues. Location was 20 minutes walking distance or less than 10 minutes by bus from termini station. Cost to value was excellent. There are two vegan restaurants in the area, one is located in the same building as the hotel.
