Liked: Size of the room. Location was great. Quiet street, close to art galleries. Easy walk to canals and park. Two minute walk to tram and to bus station. Excellent range of food for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Location was so convenient to tram and bus (within 1/2 a block). We walked a great deal of the city but could always catch a bus to get us back if we needed due to weather. Lots of restaurants in the area and the bus stop was right next to the Van Gogh museum. Luggage was lost for 3 days and the staff helped us to find shopping, provided us with adapters for our phone chargers and even laundry service. The breakfast was plentiful and the pancakes were the best.

Liked: The staff politeness and empathy. The location. The breakfast quality.
Disliked: No control on the heating system. It was too hot for my taste. The balcony was not a real balcony but a small square flat space with an ashtray, looking at the back street of the building.
