Retirees vacationing using public transportation...
Liked: Nice bright breakfast room with diverse offerings. Location very close to train station. Excellent bed comfort! Solid windows kept out street traffic noise.
Disliked: A horizontal surface in bathroom beside the sink would be great for toiletries. Suitcase racks for 2 people to use would be really helpful.

Disliked: It is written that the parking is available. However, it is open only till 22:00. If you arrive after that you have to pay 100 euros per day to park somewhere around the hotel which was my case! Also, they said their hotel is not in the ZTL zone, but it is! It means they refuse to register your car for this traffic zone, and you have to pay the ZTL. Long story short, if you are going with your car, choose another place.

Two nights stay close to...
Liked: Location: close enough so you can walk to the city centre, only 3 min. walk from the central market, as well as the leather market. Next to the central station, it is very convenient.Staff: very friendly. We could leave the luggage at the hotel after check-out. We could check-in late in the night, after 23:00.Breakfast: more than decent, they offer a bit of everything. And with a view.Clean: They cleaned and made the beds daily.Rooms: Spacious.
Disliked: The setup in the room was quite poor, but we got the essentials. I did not like how they made the beds, putting the sheets under the mattress. One has to pull everything out to get into the bed.The elevator is old, a nice old touch to the entire experience of this hotel for young people like us. People usually forgot to close its doors correctly, which made it unusable for new orders. We took the stairs couple of times due to this. For some people, this could be a no-go - technically.
