It was so close to the Warfield. My boyfriend and I walked there - perfect stay to a great weekend.

Liked: The friendliness of the staff. The water pressure of the bathroom.
Disliked: There were cigarette smoke and wet smells when entering the room. The floors are very creaky so we can hear the steps of the upstairs.

Good place for the price....

Liked: I prefer more of a hot breakfast, but for the room price the breakfast was nice to have.
Disliked: Parking fees. Couldn't get the tv to play Netflix but it was offered.

We had a good time...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Location was logistically good. Easy to walk to public transportation.
Disliked: Public restroom off the lobby needs much attention. Hot tub on the property, but does not work. The area is a bit sketchy. A lot of homeless and strung out druggies. Feces on the sidewalk…in many places. I will say there is a large presence of police and security. I was uncomfortable in the environment, but didn’t necessarily feel threatened.
