Liked: check in was simple. Entire property fully gated; staff was excellent and the rooms were lovely. Bartenders were superb.
Disliked: fireplace is not a true gas or wood fireplace. Purely decorative in the room but room itself was wonderful.

Comfy bed isnt everything.

Liked: There was no food left when we got there at 0800. There was a wedding happening and parking was a nightmare and had to walk 2 blocks to get to room. Plus they messed my credit card up and someone charged stuff on it. It got flagged for fraud. I have NEVER had to put up a deposit at a hotel...never.
Disliked: Parking...starving for breakfast.

Liked: It was incredible staying at this lovely home stayed in the home felt like royalty the room so beautiful it was phenomenal you have to experience for yourself amazing
Disliked: Nothing it was perfect absolutely perfect close to restaurants

Liked: Loved the mansion. Breakfast was great.Happy there was a bar on property.One of the employees (house manager) went out of his way to tell us about the house. House (which was the entire reason we stayed), was beautiful.
Disliked: Would like to have had the option to stay in the mansion. Was not offered on Booking. We would have reserved one of those rooms. No food offerings at the bar. We would have ordered if it was available. Even if we could have ordered in from local establishment. Perhaps that could be suggested in future.

Liked: The property was beautiful, clean, decorated well; it was was easy to get to our room and to breakfast. The mansion is beautiful. The room was clean and spacious. The parking was gated. The breakfast area was very nice and so was the check in and bar area.
Disliked: The driveway to the hotel is very close to the driveway to the restaurant next door. I like that it is a gated parking area. I would have liked to have received instructions before arrival on how to enter the property.
