Perfect location, amazing staff top...

Liked: The staff was excellent at every turn. But in particular, when a strike cancelled out train they found a room for us as soon as possible so we had a place to wait until the city sites opened. They were superb!

Liked: Great location in the middle of town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the beds, which were firm and very comfortable. The hotel is very neat and tidy. Would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Perfect neighborhood. Close to museums, people watching while drinking coffee at outside seating and shopping. Staff was very helpful as regards to sites to see in area. City is very compminutes. any point is reachable from hotel in about seven munutes.

Liked: Good location right in the middle of bolzano. The receptionist was very nice.
Disliked: Hot water for shower had not enough, and sometime had to take a cold shower. Never sweep or vacuum the floor.
