Overall a very nice hotel,...

Liked: The location of this hotel was ideal for the Chrismas holiday and local events.The staff was friendly and helpful.The only component I did not like and understand why this would be the case, was the bed.It honestly felt like the mattress was made from a slab of foam. Everything else was fine.
Disliked: The bed mattress. I think it was a piece of foam.No support whatsoever, I would have slept on the floor if I would have stayed longer.

Perfect location, amazing staff top...

Liked: The staff was excellent at every turn. But in particular, when a strike cancelled out train they found a room for us as soon as possible so we had a place to wait until the city sites opened. They were superb!
Disliked: It was perfect

Perfect location and comfort

Liked: Great location in the middle of town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the beds, which were firm and very comfortable. The hotel is very neat and tidy. Would definitely stay there again.

Good central location for site...

Liked: Perfect neighborhood. Close to museums, people watching while drinking coffee at outside seating and shopping. Staff was very helpful as regards to sites to see in area. City is very compminutes. any point is reachable from hotel in about seven munutes.
